What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?

Zoho has a nice user interface that is relatively intuitive. It's easy to implement and helps me hold my developers accountable for resolving issues. I especially like the reporting capabilities and also the ability to create rules for how tasks are assigned to agents. The price point for the features you get are very generous. There is still so much more I can do with Zoho Desk. I'm really just scratching the surface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the pricing, followed closely by intuitiveness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I need to speak to someone from support it can be difficult to get someone on the phone. they prefer to use email and their knowledge base. Also, when you do speak to someone I have occasionally had difficulty with the language barrier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the knowledge base to problem solve before trying to reach support.

I limited about the number of user or agents , you must expend to much to increase your plan

For basics plans increase the number of agentes to 10

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?

Zoho Desk has been a great product for our business for it has greatly enabled us to have the best cloud platform when we are dealing with our customers with the ability to manage our customer support tickets, creating reports,s, and managing of our contracts. With this, the tool has enabled us to have a close relationship with our customers and creating the best environment for them and we have been able to have managed to raise productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to customize the tool. It is easy to integrate Zoho Desk with other software. Agent of collaboration. Intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With the great experience using this tool, I have no challenge with the tool thus lacking anything to dislike .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend use of this tool to anyone considering it.
