What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
it is very simple to set-up and use that differentiate it from others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Live chat feature is very helpful for interacting. The UI is very user friendly. Dashboard are very helpful to see status of ongoing tickets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Default reports are not good. Support team is not very responsive there are long waiting time to hear back from support team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho desk will reduce a lot of time in tracking your day to day task/tickets and reports.

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
In general, the user interface works nicely. It's easy to use and generally intuitive. I would want a little bit more contrast, though, here and there. When compared to comparable top cloud services, the cost is reasonable. The free version is sufficient to set up an email customer channel. Response times from customer support are acceptable and they are prompt.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A reliable ticket management tool is Zoho Desk. I used to use Zendesk, but for some strange reason, they wiped my account and all of my data without giving me any notice. As a result, I started considering different systems. I chose Zoho Desk since it offered more functionality than Zendesk for a significantly cheaper price.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The issue with Zoho Desk, in my opinion, is that some operations—like getting a ticket—take a little time to complete. On the other hand, I am aware that this kind of software requires an internet connection in order to function fully, but in order for it to function best, you must have a reliable internet connection.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes try out the minimal features first.

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
Our customer support is now of higher quality as a result of Zoho Desk, and I have addressed several difficulties as well as continue to solve some. Customer service has also increased amongst our divisions, and everyone is familiar with this program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how this program assists us in managing clients by giving them what they really want, allowing us to remain ahead of the competition and surpass our monthly target. Because Zoho Desk provides such high-quality service, we have made significant progress since starting to utilize it. As a support desk ticketing system, we employ it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The requirement for support to integrate Zoho for startups and the excessive excitement created by the companies who work with Zoho on integration. We require a team that is capable of working through startup challenges on the way to complete integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
No matter how many products we sell, Zoho Desk helps us efficiently deliver customer support services to guarantee that clients have a unique experience and total transparency so they can monitor the progress of their requests at every level. I'm total with it and recommend you to try it for great benefits.
