What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
In Zoho Desk I have found really useful and up-to-date tools, which allow me to diversify my work and adapt more comfortably.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is essential to achieve communication with all our clients, and always attend to each of their requests so that they are always satisfied. Zoho Desk is really the tool for this, it provides incredible chatbots that maintain active communication with our clients to give a quick response, it stores all the information of our clients in a database and analyzes all the information to determine the reason for certain behaviors. It is possible to maintain control of the entire platform, edit and customize which allows us to better manage our work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to find a platform that is a little easier to use, it is a bit complicated to find a CRM with which you would like to be constantly active with your clients and find yourself with complications in the daily use of the platform and its configuration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Apart from its negative points, Zoho Desk really has many more positive points. It is a CRM manager with all the features, chatbots, ticket manager, excellent database and incredible integrations. If you are looking for similar tools, Zoho Desk could really be what you need.
