What differentiates Zinrelo from other similar products?
Price is effective. Features could use some improvement and tracking of customer interactions. Adding custom features to our web site needs to be easier with tutorials or with an "enable" feature. Example, I need to add the "use points" feature on my cart. I emailed support, they said they needed access. I gave them access to my admin site and emailed to verify what exact permissions they needed and never got a response. Had this been outlined in a tutorial for advance users, I would already had the feature implemented, but now 4 or so months later and still nothing. Email design should be feature rich and much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of basic use and basic implementation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of features to encourage customers to "earn" points and "redeem" points easily. If it's not quick and easy, customers are not going to use. If I can't implement features on my own easily, why continue to use the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great rewards program to start and grow with for a small business.
