What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?

The email integration is top notch. With creation of templates and knowing when people open or click emails is fantastic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the email template creation. It is easy and makes the entire process a lot easier than other products. It also integrates really well with Gmail.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the emails integration creates a lot of alerts and it overwhelms the inbox or the desktop a lot

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would teach template creation and how to use it right away to the sales team and integrate it with the gmail right away as well.

Email tracking and prospecting "smartly" versus volume based.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI needs an uplift. Can bug occasionally while putting together campaign.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great overall product. Couldn't live without.
