What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?
Yesware is an easier and faster replacement to manual email tracking. You can, within a short span of time, do a follow up of your email outreach with minimum effort and share the results with your sales team — which ultimately helps in scaling sales. It allows you to know when the emails have been received, are opened and whether or not you need to follow up. It also provides with email templates that can be altered according to our need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Yesware does not take a lot of time to track and follow engagement of your prospects. You can check when a prospect has opened or click and the amount of times it has been opened or click. More number of clicks means more engagement and it also allows the user to know for how long your email has been reviewed which can help you to know if the deal will be closed or not. It provides with email templates that save a lot time, so you don’t need to write emails from scratch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Yesware has some bugs and lags that need to be fixed. Also, some companies block tracking, which is not in control of Yesware, so forecasting becomes difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a smarter way to know when the prospector is interested as it allows you to know for how long your email has been clicked and how many times it has been opened. This way you can track engagement and forecast your deals.
