What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?
Yesware was one of the first cold email outreach tools that I discovered. They are well known within the industry.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love that they integrate with Gmail and Outlook. It can be hard sometimes to find well built tools that integrate with Outlook.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the design and user experience could be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They have a a very affordable Pro plan. Take it for a spin.

There is no better Outlook email tracking tool

What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?
In my organization we use Microsoft services, so our default email platform is Outlook and this is why Yesware plays a key role in our day-to-day. The alerts have been helpful in determining our customers' receptivity and interest in our products and services. The platform is intuitive, it has taken us very little time to adapt and start taking advantage of its functionalities. It is lightweight, so it does not slow down our systems. It is quite easy to track emails through Yesware.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Yesware is used in my organization for the purpose of proper email tracking, something I really like about this program is how well it syncs with Outlook, as nowadays there are few programs that have this feature, most have a major focus on Gmail. I really like that it alerts me when clients have read the emails we send them and even what links they have opened. The software itself is very easy to use, consumes few resources and very little impact on system performance. The user interface is clean and easy to understand, it does not obstruct navigation for end users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Yesware does not have the best customer service, it leaves a lot to be desired, luckily the software is not complicated to understand and use. Other than that, I find no problems with the product, it is good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are an Outlook user and your company is in need of effective email tracking, you should look no further, Yesware is the tool you are looking for. Taking the free trial will allow you to enjoy 40 days as a user and evaluate if it is what you need before making the investment. Tracking email has allowed us to better determine the interests of our customers in the products and services we offer, in order to send the most appropriate promotions and generate more successful sales and therefore, more revenue to the company. It is worth it.

The open Rate and click Rate with sequence setup is something that helped me to understand better about what's working compared to other products
