What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?
Yesware can assist me determine whether a client was allowed to read my forwarded email or may be presently viewing my email, and this can aid me choose whether I should catch up with a call and a brief discussion to check if it might turn to a future purchase.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Yesware assisted me in maximizing the usage of email conversation, especially throughout this epidemic period when it's tough to reach your customers and without sure whether they've read your email or had not to urge a follow-up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Up to now, it has provided me with all the resources I require to complete my task more efficiently. There could be some delays in putting my email layouts on occasion, but besides that, everything is ok. It’s in good working order.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you working in sales, knowing that a customer or prospect read your emails is really helpful. Yesware can do everything like that and more.

Easy to use and impossible to give up!

What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?
This is such a simple add-on to use for prospecting and email communications. I can't imagine my sales process without it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The templates and ability to track my success with common emails I send out

I'd say the integration is hard to do when you're an end-user, but that's to be expected

It's so easy to sign up---you need to do it!

Yesware is better than good

What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?
Knowing when and who opened emails is important information. When I send an important email and see it open, I know it has received attention. If it does not open, I can call to fix that. Users are also notified of older emails that get new attention.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ensuring that my emails are readable. It allows me to track on time and in the right way. The pinned real-time event tracking panel next to Outlook is very useful - it helps with a ton of workflow!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it requires you to restart the software when they launch the upgrade, etc. - but in general, I rarely hear much confusion! They should launch an app soon to help people track interactions when they are not in front of a desk/laptop computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say a definite Yes for Yesware! Keeping in view the services, ease, and convenience the platform has to offer the users, it is a splendid effort. The platform quickly makes the users habitual of using it and speeds their workflow.
