What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

the ability to customize and the built-in SEO tools that would reach out to rate the pieces of content and pages for SEO performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the regular updates in plug-ins, security, themes, new features and fixes bugs are my favorite features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it bloats, causes random glitches, and sometimes difficult to scale makes wordpress a bit unlikely of what it promises to deliver.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

wordpress is easy to use and helps reducing onboarding time.
