I think some small features are missing like maybe AI for help in building pages and content

Have a layout in mind and build upon that to know what features to use.

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Wordpress.com is significantly easier to manage and getting used to than another similar platform like drupal etc. It has also lots of customization options from the dashboard which make it superior. I run our blogs and website on this platform without any hassle ,it does need lots of resources and it works excellently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i like its ease of use , availability of different plugins and ready to launch and setup website within 30 min around. It has been mobile optimized with lots customization option from the theme store and plugin store.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont have any working issue with the website although it might be limiting for custom developers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to businesses that work on engagement through blogs , it is definitely easier to setup and operate .

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

I find in my time of using this software that it is relatively simple to use than other cms platforms out there. Its setup needs no big coders, anybody can setup running blog in short time and its work best, also the ability to configure plugin is although limited but sufficient for non techi people.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it if for non developers to setup and run blog website. It provides domain which can be added directly to website. It js also relatively cheaper than other platforms and works best for our website creation team. We run marketing campaigns and we needed fast page creation and it works best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont have any major hatred toward any feature but it can be made more customizable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Been using for like 2 year and i find it works best for blogs on normal level for next level tou can opt for wordpress.org.
