Great app for in-person, virtual and hybrid events

What differentiates Whova from other similar products?
Constantly adding new features. Seems they are really on top of virtual and with video networking tables, gamification, and choice of livestream or recorded sessions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and integration with our martech stacks. Also renders nicely on our website.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Occasionally we have attendees who register using a different email than the one they've used for Whova in the past. If someone uses their old email to log in they may have difficulties with finding out event(s). Also when someone registers with a different email than previously, and logs in, we have to manually delete duplicate registrations. Also, it doesn't maintain data on speakers and topics very well for past events. I've noticed sometimes the past event speakers and topics have disappeared. Would be nice if these were kept intact for historical purposes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent tool for managing in-person and virtual events. Love how it handles speaker and agenda management with ability for speakers to edit their profiles and topic descriptions. Also love the social media postings automated for each speaker and sponsor. Looking forward to using it for hybrid events this Fall. I think it'll be a game changer for our hybrid events. As a conference organizer for the customer experience industry, we need to be sure we are delivering excellent customer/user experiences at our events whether online or in-person.
