What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?

The price is amazing and the product is superior. Our attendees loved the interaction and the beautifulness of the platform!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the second year we have used vFairs, so pay attention and think outside the box. We recorded "tutorial" videos for our attendees and sponsors and sent them out beforehand so they understood what it would look like. This helped ease everyone's mind about the virtual experience.

What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?

It is very simple to use and the platform makes you feel like you are in a in person event.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The various choices to build your event right from the entering to the different floors and booths.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chat and video feature could be more clear to all the users. There should be a way to manage the attendee records to make sure that they are the most current attendees for each event. Also prevent Booth Reps from sending emails to all the attendees in the platform. Some of our Booth Reps (employers) are spamming the attendees (students) and the Students are becoming annoyed with all the constant messages from the the Booth Reps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you will be using this event for several events keep the platform consistent for all your events so that all stakeholders can be accustomed to your event. Registering of attendees we decided to reset the attendee registrations for each event so that attendee records and info is current for each event.
