What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
Other than the Insurance, I like the fact that you can use your own Payroll system and provide benefits independent of the Zenefits roster of vendors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It makes the Benefits Administration and On Boarding effortless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Time Off Module could do with some sprucing. I found the Performance Management Module not suited for our needs because of the way the hierarchies were scripted. We have a project based work environment. We have employees that report to Managers that may or may not also be the Project Manager on the project a given employee is working on. For our purposes,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know what you want as far as employee integrations. Do you already have benefits in place? Are you trying to have a one stop shop where one product will give you benefits, HR and payroll? Do you want a system that is easy for the employees or the HRIS/Payroll staff or both?

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
The amount of reports that are readily available are amazing! It's wonderful to have so many direct integrations to be able to use such as benefits administration - it makes Open Enrollment a breeze!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The new hire work flow and reporting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support time is slow - especially when it's tax questions. I have often had to wait weeks up to a month for a response and government agencies aren't exactly patient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
Ease of use - the onboarding process is specifically unique in that new employees can read and sign all documentation, sign up for benefits, and see who else is in their department. This is crucial for us as a primarily remote organization. Additionally, each module has a clear and organized interface. There are lots of features, making this a perfect option for an all-inclusive, HR system of record. And finally, every single Zenefits customer care member I have spoken to has been kind, understanding, patient, and knowledgable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The hiring capability - again, it allows remote organizations to bring on new employees in a very short amount of time. Also, the addition of custom fields allows us to customize the types of information we need to capture and maintain.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The response times for tax issues is fairly slow, but I believe this year with COVID-19 was particularly challenging due to additional tax and pay types being added and managed. Would also be fantastic if more features were available for international employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would highly recommend this to remote companies, particularly to those who have employees in various states. Take advantage of as many apps / features as you can in order to consolidate HR information, payroll, performance management, and benefits administration.
