The API is great The software integrates well with CRM

The ease of use It integrates well with social media platforms such as Instagram and messenger Tidio has an impressive and clean layout..

What do you dislike most about this product?

The training is a bit complicated and not clear especially relating to features and pricing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, Tidio is an amazing tool that helps you not only in conversions but also boosts your online presence and marketing. I highly recommend it. Besides, it is not expensive especially for an enterprise.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

Tidior is Transparent and offers a clear description of what to expect and for how long. I actually enjoyed using the trial. Trust me this app is really responsive and you get alerts of visitors. Its really a good feature as it allows you to instantly have a one on one with your visitors. Other services I attempted to use are short term and you are not clearly advised on what to expect. Lots of financial suprises.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface and dashboard is strategically designed, even a person with no experience in IT can manage to activate the service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well, it's not a huge issue, I just wish we could animate our avatar as it does on amazon web, it's somewhat beautiful to have a little animation, But that's not a significant thing, its a matter of perfection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for the free trial and give your best review, I am confident you will be satisfied
