What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

This software is different than others in that it provides excellent customer support, has a lightning-fast response time, and never fails to come up with answers to my problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

By using Tidio, my staff and I are able to have more effective conversations with our clientele. In our case, the advanced plan is a total game-changer, but even the free one is sufficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only real complaint with Tidio is that it doesn't provide a queue so that customers can see where they stand in line to speak to our operators. To my mind, that is the sole thing still wanting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool comes highly recommended from me due to its user-friendliness as well as its extensive feature set.

The simplicity of its features, no need to check thousands of possibilites to create a goog chat

It maybe would need to be involved in the whole process of support center

Try it free option first to see if it fits you, you will see the simplicity of the implementation and customization
