What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

Has five free seats which accommodate five agents on free version and still with WhatsApp integration and usage for free

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tidio's inbox feature is too intruitive and you can easily açess chats and filter from newest to oldest and live typing preview insight makes it easy to respond

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tidio removal of branding is charged independently as an add-on

I would recommend Tidio to colleagues because of user friendly and affordable

Tidio stands out because it is super easy to use and has smart AI chatbots. It combines live chat, chatbots, and customer management all in one place by making it really convenient compared to other platforms that split these features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The AI chatbots especially Lyro are my favourite because they interact with customers in a way that feels almost human. It is amazing how they can handle conversations smoothly helping keep customers happy even when I am not available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find the limited integration options frustrating especially for marketing tools. It feels like I am missing out on some valuable connections with other platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a user friendly chat tool that helps with customer service and sales, Tidio is fantastic. It is perfect for smaller teams. Just make sure it has the integrations you need if you are planning to use it for more specific marketing or business tools.
