What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

With this platform we can offer optimal performance to users or customers who are interested and our product, our marketing agency has Tidio for both our own purposes and those of our customers. Having multiple contact formats (phone, email, web form and chat) allows visitors to get in touch through the channel they feel most comfortable with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With an easy implementation for our websites without any problem as well as very intuitive interface and management due to the artificial intelligence that developed this platform which in turn we have a good reach of future or potential customers thanks to the possibility of integrating the tool with other social network chats such as Messenger or Instagram.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being a platform that helps us to provide very services, but you have a very expensive license that should also be better detailed for the public concerned which is not highly recommended for small businesses with little traffic of people, as well as better products in its premium license that should be noted are very good but still not a very competent license.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has a very simple learning curve for those who want to start with this platform due to the good scope it has to provide services, it is highly recommended for large companies that have a lot of traffic of people or customers as well as its features prepared for the user and its versatile performance make a better experience for both parties.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A built-in call tracking module would be great. It also helps to handle difficult customers, which would not be possible by mail.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is a lot of helpful documentation. There's an iOS and Android app for users on the go and built-in integrations with CRM and other third-party apps, along with a Zapier API that can connect to virtually any other third-party app. Tidio is compatible with mobile, Windows, iSO and Mac devices so you can always communicate with your customers without compatibility issues.
