Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
It doesn’t just react to threats; it tries to anticipate them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When a threat is detected, it’s not just raising alarms—it’s executing actions. Isolate that endpoint, log the user off, and notify the team—boom, all done before I even see the alert.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s a steep learning curve, and for a security tool, you really want clarity and ease-of-use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure your team is trained on it. The out-of-the-box protection is great, but to get the most out of it, you need people who know how to use its deeper capabilities.
