ThinkAutomation powers your business process automation. Automate on-premises and cloud-based business processes to cut costs and save time. Automate incoming communication channels, monitor databases, react to incoming webhooks, web forms and chat bots. Process documents, attachments, local files and other messages sources. Parse and extract data from incoming messages and perform business process actions, such as outbound communications, updating on-premises and cloud databases, CRM systems and cloud services, document processing, systems integration and much more. By automating database updates, thinkautomaton has saved us hours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drawing on incoming data, it automatically inserts, updates, and deletes records. This has maintained correct and orderly our database free from human data entry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes syncing with older database systems calls for further setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thinkautomation efficiently automates database updating if you must maintain it current.
