What is ThinkAutomation?

ThinkAutomation powers your business process automation. Automate on-premises and cloud-based business processes to cut costs and save time. Automate incoming communication channels, monitor databases, react to incoming webhooks, web forms and chat bots. Process documents, attachments, local files and other messages sources. Parse and extract data from incoming messages and perform business process actions, such as outbound communications, updating on-premises and cloud databases, CRM systems and cloud services, document processing, systems integration and much more. With ThinkAutomation, you get an open-ended studio to build your automated workflows without volume limitations.

What differentiates ThinkAutomation from other similar products?

All round integration and extraction options - Integration with Azure - A helpful support desk and customer success managers - Extensive scripting options

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ThinkAutomation is a trustworthy automation engine that you can completely configure. It has more and more applications in a variety of contexts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You must build your own code for some of the connectors that aren't built-in, which takes additional effort. Since there are no editable templates to utilise, you must set up each workflow from start, which adds time to the implementation process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Every sys admin should be using ThinkAutomation. I've only recently started tinkering and already can't wait to build more - so many possibilities.
