What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

the functions it has such as the problem and bug tracker, as well as logging for information on software tests

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

which keeps the work simplified in such a way that it develops the tests at the same time as it coordinates the process to make the reports in the final reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

when you first purchase the service the configurations are very complicated, much more complicated than they should be, that slows down the work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

maintain a wide margin of updating as they have been doing to correct errors that are being presented.
