What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

Self-hosted server with APIs available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how user-friendly TestRail is. It's very easy to learn test cases and test runs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm generally not a huge fan of stand-alone test management software. I prefer test management software direct integration with CI/CD when available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out and compare different products. Clearly more user-friendly then software like Zephyr.

What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

Very flexible and intuitive tool that is able to maintain control and change different fields in the artifacts, which allows creating a minimum impact on users when the tests have begun to develop. We can use it comfortably from any device, so I use it on my personal pc and I can easily take it to work continuing with what I have already started. They are excellent when it comes to answering any questions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to install and implement, and its price is quite comfortable. It has many options capable of achieving what we want, being easy to handle, the user learns quickly in a short time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say anything negative about this software wonder, all it has given us is benefits, the company is very happy with it and I love it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With this quality device, we can very easily find names, phone numbers, routes, descriptions of all the notes ... among many other wonderful things. You should try this software, it will be of great help to start or continue with your business, I recommend it, it has been the best for us.
