What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?
TeamViewer stands out from its competition mainly because of the stability it has when connecting several devices remotely, these remote connections are almost never interrupted and that makes TeamViewer attractive. It also offers better data transfer during each remote connection, you can transfer files and documents between several devices just by connecting remotely. TeamViewer offers easier remote connection, just an ID and a password is enough, a much simpler way than other similar platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy TeamViewer is to use, how easy it is to connect to a new device, out clients provide us with remote access every time they need IT services for their companies, TeamViewer helps us to make this remote connection. The quality of video and audio transmission is impressive, you can connect via camera and audio while making the remote connection, that makes the communication active during each remote connection. TeamViewer for mobile phones works perfectly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The consumption of this platform is high, so its operation on computers or mobile devices that do not have the necessary resources will be quite poor and will not provide a fluid experience. The free version offers a limited experience, which will not allow you to transfer many files during remote connections and also other limits.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that professionals who use TeamViewer have a stable internet connection and a device with good features to support the consumption of this platform, since it consumes many network resources and many computer resources, it does not work correctly on computers that do not have good features.
