easy controls of devices, performing functions like reboots and shutdowns with a single click, or re-establishing the session that was active before a reboot

Include a feature that compresses videos for easier streaming, and creates more stable and lag-free functioning, even in areas with poor internet connectivity

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?
we're using the connections for remote work users who require access to their Apple iMacs because they don't have the necessary space available at home. So far, this has been the best solution for our team members to stay productive
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows unattended remote access control, it also has a portable version for Quick support for remote access to an end user device by running the application without installing any software or requiring administrator rights allows us to perform Windows and third-party updates, Works on Windows, Apple, Mobile and Tablets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
compatibility with Apple needs improvement, no it is not possible to transmit the sound.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very complete product ideal for technical support, I highly recommend it, you only need internet and have teamviewer installed.
