When exporting files, it has limitations . There are contacts that were exported to SF that are outdated

It has better user interface. More ergonomical in nature. Easily accomodates data.

Its Dashboarding is much better than most of the tools in the market

Its not for beginners you need atleast basics before building your reports

Always see the feasibility of the usage you are able to do. If you are able to do the economies of scale and need a product that manages your reporting, its the perfect tool.
