What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
It has better user interface. More ergonomical in nature. Easily accomodates data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its Dashboarding is much better than most of the tools in the market
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its not for beginners you need atleast basics before building your reports
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Always see the feasibility of the usage you are able to do. If you are able to do the economies of scale and need a product that manages your reporting, its the perfect tool.

Great solution to provide data analytics

What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
Ability to pull data into separate datasets from multiple products with native integration to Salesforce. Its a great solution and is also embedded directly into Salesforce with great capabilities and separate permissions for users
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Exploring data on dashboards is extremely good, the fact you can link components on the dashboard to filter based on other selections means the whole dashboard works together. Very strong functionality in this area. The ability to pull data into datasets and report on this outside the other systems is very useful. With a bit of work trending can also be configured.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not many external products have standard integrations, no where near as many as tableau itself. There is ability to import CSV but this requires using other ETL tools if you want this automated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely consider doing a PoV and consider having some sort of training or using a third party to implement as there is a lot of understand required before jumping in. KPI's also need to be clearly established before designing dashboard and recipie's (data jobs)

Automation of CRM and the quick easy to use features is the best part
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer Relationship Management features provided gives a good help in managing the relations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Takes time to get used to. Hard for new users to start.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Native solution. The best of salesforce and tableau together. Really much more powerful than dashboards with the filter drop down
