What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
Helps create visually stunning dashboards with data insights, visualization options include pie charts, maps, bar graphs & more allows us to communicate insights more effectively it has helped me understand datasets better.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tableau comes with a really intuitive design which is fairly simple to set up, overall accessibility and support for the product are some key features that I liked for tableau. The learning curve for using tableau is really less.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Though tableau provides a lot of customizations in dashboard but some users noticed that there are some limitations on using predefined presets, there is definitely some potential for improvement in that aspect. Functionalities related to intricate analysis can be a little difficult to understand initially
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The interface is simple to understand for people who understand insights, but completely new people can make use of few initial guidelines for help, just like simple pop-ups, or we can integrate a chatbot inside app UI itself for help.

What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
Best reporting solution for your CRM data if CRM data lies in salesforce. Beautiful dashboards which can beat any reporting tools. Easy integration with Salesforce data to provide accurate insights and analytical solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Eye catching dashboards can be build combining multiple data sources, development is quick and detail reports can be build. Robust security feature for user validation. It works on could based platform hence single page login logout and accessed from CRM app for business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Compare to other BI solutions, license Cost is higher. Also integration to vast majority of data sources is not supported. Limited connectors are provided.. Also there is no way to implement snapshot data kind of logic using CRM analytics. you need to maintained history data in source system in order to build report.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have CRM data in salesforce then you can opt for CRM analytics for sales/service reporting to build beautiful dashboards but if you have other data sources like SAP HANA, SQL server, DB2 etc. then you may need data lake to build quality dashboards.
