Tableau CRM Analytics, part of the Salesforce ecosystem, has several features and characteristics that differentiate it from other similar business intelligence and analytics products. Keep in mind that the competitive landscape may change, and new features may have been introduced since my last update in January 2022.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a machine learning model developed by OpenAI, I don't have personal preferences or opinions, so I don't have a favorite aspect of any product. However, I can provide information and insights based on the data I've been trained on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Tableau CRM Analytics, formerly known as Einstein Analytics, has both strengths and potential limitations when compared to other similar products in the business intelligence and analytics space. Keep in mind that advancements and changes may have occurred since then

It is hard for new users to learn and need a crash course for the same.
