What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?

When it comes to social media management and promotion, Sprout Social is the way to go. It includes an easy-to-understand user interface, helpful customer service, and several options for data analysis and report generation. Particularly useful for maintaining a steady stream of information and activity across my social media profiles is the ability to schedule posts in advance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In terms of organizational value, SproutSocial's management level is what we like most thanks to its content planning, administration, and creation capabilities across all of our social networks. The ability to set up a timeline for content duplication is a game-changer since, let's face it, we don't always have time to come up with fresh material. It includes a basic publication schedule calendar. We must also point out that your support staff responds rapidly to reports of problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many things we don't like about the SproutSocial platform, but we can't let the fact that we can't change failed publications without starting again get under our skin. A program to categorize the many posts published at various periods would be useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has been a true delight to use Sprout Social to oversee my many social media accounts. The dashboard's design prioritizes ease of use, and its components are organized in a sensible fashion. The reporting options are fantastic, and managing several accounts is a breeze. Definitely suggest!

What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?

Unlimited profiles and easy to manage and customize. Perfect tool for create and publish social plan. Good choice also to be shared with clients in order to receive approvals inside the platform. Good CRM integration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Perfect to collaborate with clients and receive approvals and comments. The backend has good UX and UI, also a newby can easily approach it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pretty expensive, compared with other similar tools. Also social report is not complete, you need to add more features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take some hour to teach your client how to use it. You'll save a lot of meetings, mails and reports
