Sprout offers a full range of features. The data visualization tools are a game changer. It allows you to really identify what's working and not working.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the data visualization tools and that you can use the customization options to answer very specific questions about your own campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is too expensive for many small clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the trial and see if it really fits your needs before investing.

What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?

Sprout SMB has greatly helped us to manage our social media accounts everything has exponentially changed since we started using this software, production has moved in the right direction. Doing the campaign of our product it has been automated something that has made our customers enjoy everything. From the same, we have been able to do a comparison with others gauging ourselves so as to get improvements in any area of demand and it is easy to obtain reports and feedbacks from the customers enhancing the customer and business relationship.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First of all, this product is a time saver this is enhanced well by the automation feature. With Sprout, there is efficiency in doing the work. Feedback is always gotten from the customer thus being able to know the customer reactions to your product. It is the perfect tool when it comes to collaboration. Does very impressive in campaign management and scheduling or rather Calendar management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You are looking for a social management tool I can assure and guarantee you that Sprout is the best you can have and experience a difference.

What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?

It covers a wide range of social media channels and is fairly reliable. Also, pretty easy to use with multiple clients. Price is moderate range based on competitor analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the visual calendar where you can see all the posts done on each platform. Very quick, simply, useful visual that I haven't seen in any other social media management program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support isn't the most helpful. Upgrades are far and few between. Would like it feedback from users was more integrated into updates and their future road map. Also, the overall platform could used a facelift. Also, data and engagement is limited. Their forte is definitely scheduling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate how important data, interaction, and upgrades are. This solution worked for us knowing it'd be a short term (2-4 year commitment). We have yet to find something to switch to that checks all the necessary boxes but Sprout Social does check most of our boxes for now, just not all.
