An expensive investment but features are worth it

What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?
There is a lot of educational materials to learn the platform and opportunities to become an Agency Partner that offers kickbacks and benefits. The platform is easy to use and has a lot of helpful features! They are continually adding new components to the platform that makes usability better, including AI and automation elements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My aspect of Sprout Social is the reports. There is so much information that it pulls to help you better your social media strategy for the next period.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that some of the small features are not available for every price plan. I would love to be able to schedule send reports every month, but this feature is only available for the next higher price plan.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Set up a meeting with your representative to take you through the platform for a good overview. And utilize the tutorials to learn how best to use the platform.
