What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
Sprout unique optimal scheduling allows you to see the best time to schedule your post so that they will get the most engagement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I most like being able to replicate and edit posts from one social media platform to another. It saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most recent update to the reporting system has meant that the new records are no longer compatible with my historical data. The reporting system was perfect and the update was unnecessary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product for standardising and streamlining social media output.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
it is a program that is very easy to configure and manage, emn this differs from many programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sprout provides everything my team of more than ten people needs to effectively manage client social media accounts.. Since they are platform partners, Sprout has access to the most recent API changes and integrations. With the aid of community management capabilities, I can handle hundreds of comments every day. The use of social listening and reporting helps to speed up the process of identifying and implementing new ideas and strategies. For the time being, I'll be utilizing Sprout exclusively for publishing and moderation tasks after experimenting with a variety of different services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The social listening features are great, but I'd like to see more projects in my subscription. Several of our listening initiatives have exceeded the character limit and we've had to reduce keywords.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sprout's integration of all our social media requirements has reduced our training and tool expenses.

The sheer breadth of features available. There are so many different ways to customize your Social listening
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to format media (i.e. photo dimensions for different platforms) within the publishing tool
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quantity of features can be a double-edged sword; sometimes it can take a while to locate a specific tool
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, it's a really solid way to publish and moderate Social content. The support team is also very attentive
