What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
The most standout part of Sprout social is support for team workflow. Teams can set different permission levels for different team members . Allowing operations on Sprout social to be customizable based on the responsibilities assigned to each sub-team within my department. The ability to distribute responsibilities in this way, enables my team get work done faster and efficiently too.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love Sprout's smart inbox and I am of the opinion that is one of the hallmarks of this software. It links incoming messages from across all social networks where-in my company has a presence , into a single manageable and customizable feed. This contributes towards a coordinated team response to incoming messages , and ensures that everyone stays on track with my departments social media engagement goals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very limited integration with Youtube and less popular social media platforms like Snapchat.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is one of the most ideal social media management platform for multi-user social media departments.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
The smart inbox tool. We utilize this tool to manage multiple message types , from the different social platforms connected to Sprout account. For a platform such as Instagram , I can manage comments to our posts , direct messages, ad comments , regular mentions , media tags and story mentions. The main benefit of this smart inbox for me , is the unification of all incoming content across platforms into a single stream , enabling better monitoring and faster responses .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am able to setup views that let me monitor content shared on social media platforms , where my company has a brand presence. This is based on selecting specific keywords and hashtags to track. Sprout even makes available provisions to filter identified result by location , images , and by the status of the person posting ( a verified user or not ).
What do you dislike most about this product?
No availability to post to all social media platforms connected to our Sprout social simultaneously. A result of the clear differences is the character limit support for the textbox , alloted for posting content to each social media platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I describe Sprout social as a social management suite, rather than a management tool. This is a result of the collection of tools it possesses , geared towards content scheduling , activity tracking, analytics and message management.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
Although I have tried other applications that are comparable to Sprout, I find that it is the most convenient and easy to use. The data is quite useful for quarterly and yearly reports, and the scheduling features are reliable and up-to-date with social media's ever-evolving norms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a customer relationship management system as well as a location to centrally manage your social media accounts. You may choose which subset of customers you want to reach with your postings, as well as when they should be published across different channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sprout may be difficult to use at times; one feature I'd like to see modified is the comparative date used when looking at statistics and interaction rates for different time periods.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Put your doubts about Sprout Social to rest and give it a go. I highly recommend it as a useful social media management tool for your company. When you sign up for Sprout Social, you may try it out for free. As a result, you can determine if it's a good fit for you.
