What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?

This program is the best assistant for the analysis and execution of the flow of your clients in the multiple social networks where the company is exposed. Sprout Social Enterprise is an excellent program that educates all marketing departments to have a better development and contact with people integrated into their products and content, this program is to significantly and pleasantly improve business processes where the client decides to trust the company through web platforms and the best and well-known social networks, this is where the program offers its best version and simplifies all the management and administration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like this program because it works hand in hand with other software whose function and mission is similar to Sprout Social Enterprise, they all work for the benefit of the company and to extend the image and content of the company much further, in our case Sprout Social is the main program that studies our environment to raise the level of the company and how to also develop a better work response when publishing and managing our content on the web, this program is really useful as well as comfortable to use, they are very few programs of this style that offer a simple and clean interface to understand each of the functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The weight and size of this software can be a problem, every time we install this program on an Android device we are aware that this will affect the installation of other equally important programs, and this gets worse with each of the updates that the software has. program, as its size gradually increases, we have noticed that this also affects the execution of the program since over time it has become much slower to execute.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All types of companies deserve to have a greater impact on the web to improve sales and customer management, with the support of Sprout Social Enterprise these main needs are covered, as well as they will know new benefits in advertising personnel, this program is one hundred percent recommended thanks to the increase in clients that can appear in a very short time thanks to the comfort that it offers you in each negotiation.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?

Thanks to the multiple profiles offered in our company users have had the ability to better manage our social networks giving more visibility to our company and products, running our social profiles from one place simplifying the work and making it more optimal. Helping us to program and improve the content for our profiles, including a necessary variety of other platforms essential for the reach we were looking for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a more integrated workflow giving you linear growth in all necessary areas, including the analysis and projections that are needed to keep up with the work involved in the networks at this time. It has an excellent training highlighting that nowadays it is increasingly difficult to get platforms that provide you with free and good quality training that allows you greater growth also in employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The breadth in the variety of languages could be better, sometimes it is a fairly recurrent limitation when we talk about international issues, sometimes when exporting PDF files it loses a lot of quality generating problems when trying to read and analyze them, the technical service could be better, sometimes the answers do not arrive on time and that generates uncertainty pausing unnecessarily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very useful tool that will help you manage your networks implementing learning and saving you time, it is very easy to handle which generates excellent labeling in your campaign to create reports focusing on what you need to transmit effectively. The social aspect is extremely modern creating an unmatched advantage in these times, there is nothing you can not do because the informative windows that has always be aware of the updates and proposals.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?

The most standout part of Sprout social is support for team workflow. Teams can set different permission levels for different team members . Allowing operations on Sprout social to be customizable based on the responsibilities assigned to each sub-team within my department. The ability to distribute responsibilities in this way, enables my team get work done faster and efficiently too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Sprout's smart inbox and I am of the opinion that is one of the hallmarks of this software. It links incoming messages from across all social networks where-in my company has a presence , into a single manageable and customizable feed. This contributes towards a coordinated team response to incoming messages , and ensures that everyone stays on track with my departments social media engagement goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very limited integration with Youtube and less popular social media platforms like Snapchat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the most ideal social media management platform for multi-user social media departments.
