What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Gantt chart design is one of the most prominent features of Smartsheet. Graphics represent task scheduling visually, clearly and easily. You can start from a default template or create them from scratch. Its interactive features make customization easy, and the use of conditional formats to highlight tasks or status levels with different colors also helps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet is an intuitive and easy-to-use tool that makes it easy for multiple people to collaborate in real time and stay up-to-date on any progress or changes in the project. Online editing, rescheduling tasks, adjusting deadlines, email messages for notifications, and the ability to share files are valuable utilities. Even through an alert system, it warns when there has been a readjustment in the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest cons of Smartsheet are related to a more task-oriented rather than resource-focused orientation, first and second, the fact that it does not present the ability to mark project baselines. Consequently, it does not offer a comparative view of the changes that are taking place in the Gantt chart.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is a software that is ideal for managing and controlling many types of projects, especially those that require teamwork, but also for creating task lists, managing customer information, preparing sales forecasts, planning events or controlling processes business in general.
