What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

I feel like Smartsheets has so much more capability than similar products like excel. We use it for such a variety of areas in our business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The variety of sheets and templates available

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do find the support very slow and not helpful, they send you to get help through their forum instead of quick support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure your team is onboard to implement. Utilize the videos to learn how to use and for tips and tricks.

Smartsheet can help you customize workflows, collaborate with your team, and track progress in a way that suits your unique requirements, whether working on a complex project with different stakeholders or managing a simple task list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inviting new collaborators and editors to an existing Smartsheet can be challenging, mainly when permissions are not properly disseminated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
