It is different in many ways from its competitors. It is a very flexible tool and user-friendly interface. It is easy to adopt for users who are beginners and have dealt with much easier tools earlier. Unlike others, it offers a wide range of customization to meet the demands of the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All of its features are my favorite. However, some come at the top such as its spreadsheet-like interface. It is very similar to Excel making it easy and comfortable for beginners to use. It also facilitates authentic project management features including workflow automation, Gantt charts, and customizable dashboards. It assists users in sorting out complex management projects with ease. Making a strong bridge between team and department, makes it prioritized for dynamic projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has many strengths making it the first choice for those dealing with complex managing projects. It offers a wide range of automation options, making it more comfortable for its users. However, to fully utilize any tools, one should first learn their basic technical features through guidance and tutorials.

One of the standout aspects of Smartsheet that I particularly appreciate is its versatility. 1) SmartSheet’s views, such as Gantt charts and dashboards, can feel a bit rigid. There is sometimes a lack of flexibility in customizing them compared to other tools like Excel or Google Sheets. 2) SmartSheet can get expensive, especially for smaller teams or individual users who need access to advanced features. Its having many different features other then peers like Pre built Templates, Mobile Access and security and compliance wise also good.

Its having very good capability of Mobile Access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its not having AI powered task management system in Gen AI world.

This tool is very good and easy to use but before buying this software comparison is needed because there are ample of software available in the market and having different functionalities.
