What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, with a well laid out approach that allows me to rapidly identify any issues or mistakes. Moreover, I find it helpful to compile many pages into a single detailed report. Controls covering a wide range of company operations, including the handling of customer refunds, the procurement of inventory samples, the completion of tasks, the administration of projects, and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smartsheet's restricted formatting options make it harder to build beautiful looking sheets than with other competing project management solutions. Smartsheet's price tag may quickly rise for large teams, especially when further features and integrations are purchased. While Smartsheet's user interface is straightforward, familiarizing yourself with all of its capabilities may take some time.

Fits the needs of businesses who want to streamline operations, create workflows, manage data entry using forms, and display information via dashboards. Isn't the ideal option for businesses searching for an Agile-based project management board because it lacks some of the most up-to-date features and functionality, such as sprints, problem kinds, versioning integration, deployment analytics, etc.

Its simple form layouts speed up the process of updating spreadsheets, and its pre-configured templates necessitate only a few moments of preparation before they can be put to use. The speed and accuracy with which this software completes jobs astounds me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet's ability to streamline and simplify project management procedures is a major selling point for me. Its robust, automatic features streamline team collaboration and communication, cutting down on wasted time and effort.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smartsheet's dashboards are too rigid for my liking when it comes to monitoring KPIs. It's hard to identify omissions because there are almost no visual clues, like tables borders and other markings.

Ability to collaborate with teams located all over the world using a consistent methodology that requires no handholding or explanation. Giving me a centralized location to save everything and simple access for other team members

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Work together effortlessly with an intuitive UI. When there are several people involved in a specification, the smartsheet is an ideal central location for all of the relevant information. The software's user interface was so well thought out that I had no trouble picking it up and running.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because much of our work is still done remotely and coordinated online post-COVID, having access to similar sheets and information, generating reports for one another, and staying current on work progress and needs has been invaluable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it's highly adaptable, it might be time-consuming to set up the many sheets required to generate sufficient data for effective use of the available reports and workspaces. It is really comprehensive, and the degree of simplicity you experience depends on the level of effort you put into it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It can be used for a variety of purposes. It's easier to use than a spreadsheet, but it still includes all the features you'd expect, plus you can tailor it to your exact specifications with filters and automation.
