What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Since our company has a lot of external staff, we were looking for a tool that could manage tasks and decided to introduce Smartsheet because it is easy to use. Since there is a template, even staff without IT knowledge could learn it relatively quickly. The toolbar is similar to Excel, so even staff using it for the first time will not feel uncomfortable. Filter items can be freely configured, which is convenient. Statuses and comments can also be added to the filter targets, which makes searching easier even if the amount of data is enormous. You can also attach files, it's very convenient, and you can't miss it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Solution Center is also helpful. We create reports frequently, and the Solution Center also has report templates that make it easy. It may be trivial, but the fact that the function can be started in one step is also an evaluation point. Although it is a cloud system, the operability is very close to that of on-premises software. Due to the characteristics of the marketing profession, I work on a project basis, so I always manage tasks by extracting WBS. Smartsheet is the perfect tool for WBS. The intuitive operations, such as adding jobs, setting hierarchies, setting owners and entering progress rates, are beneficial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No particular enhancements, but if there is an online chat system, I think it will be even more convenient. I would like you to create a system that connects you to the other party at the click of a button, even if it is an external Skype.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended for companies with a lot of staff who lack IT knowledge. Even people not good at web systems can operate it as local software. Sharing information is much easier now. Most of our staff comes to work once a week, so it was difficult to share information. If it's not very important information, it's OK to pass it around once a week, but if it's time-sensitive work, I don't have that kind of leeway. With Smartsheet, I can keep track of my daily tasks so I don't miss any work. Quality control sheets can be easily created with Smartsheet, so I use them to avoid careless mistakes in my work!

Smartsheet outperforms other project management and collaboration applications I've tried in a number of ways. It stands out from the competitors because of the many personalization options and adaptability it provides.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The extensive library of modifiable templates and integrations offered by Smartsheet makes it simple for teams to get started with the platform and tailor it to their particular requirements. Its multifaceted functionality, which includes task management, time tracking, and resource management, guarantees that teams will be able to simplify their processes and efficiently cooperate with one another. Work may also be done easily while on the move thanks to Smartsheet's user-friendly interface and mobile app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it contains so many more advanced capabilities than its competitors, Smartsheet has a relatively steep learning curve. It's possible that becoming a master will need some training.

Because it is such a useful tool for project management and collaboration, I highly recommend using Smartsheet.
