What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

This software was recommended to us by a partner company, and after testing it, we saw that it contained a wealth of features that helped to foster departmental autonomy and self-management, thereby resolving several pressing issues and making for a more pleasant and secure workplace overall.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet has many tools for managing projects and analyzing data. Our organization's productivity has increased due to this platform's ease of use, allowing us to devote more time and resources to other initiatives. With Smartsheet, team members can collaborate in real-time by providing feedback, assigning tasks, and establishing due dates. Compared to other platforms we tried, which took too long to resolve issues while waiting for support, it has excellent support because they answered all our requests for inconveniences we encountered while adapting to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To sum up my experience with the Smartsheet platform, it has a reasonably steep learning curve, which is to be expected given the wide range of project management tools it offers. These tools ultimately streamline and accelerate an organization's internal processes, but only after extensive training has been completed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform allows us to efficiently organize and track our data, which in turn leads to a better effectiveness when it comes to decision making. We end up having many benefits when we learn to use each tool that Smartsheet offers us in the right way. There is no doubt that each member of our team is now significantly more productive than they were before.

Shortcuts of Excel like Ctrl+D don't work here

Use Smartsheets for handling team and tracking timelines. Reminders on due dates gives you sufficient time to act

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Work together effortlessly with an intuitive UI. When there are several people involved in a specification, the smartsheet is an ideal central location for all of the relevant information. The software's user interface was so well thought out that I had no trouble picking it up and running.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because much of our work is still done remotely and coordinated online post-COVID, having access to similar sheets and information, generating reports for one another, and staying current on work progress and needs has been invaluable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it's highly adaptable, it might be time-consuming to set up the many sheets required to generate sufficient data for effective use of the available reports and workspaces. It is really comprehensive, and the degree of simplicity you experience depends on the level of effort you put into it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It can be used for a variety of purposes. It's easier to use than a spreadsheet, but it still includes all the features you'd expect, plus you can tailor it to your exact specifications with filters and automation.
