What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From an IT perspective, the administrative tools are perfect for our needs. The ability to create Gant charts, prioritize tasks, and keep my team up to date with scheduling. The ability to easily modify timelines and organize data clearly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool is very flexible, efficient, completely competent, everything is done through an interface similar to a spreadsheet, so it is very easy to create reports, extract information, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For teams that need more support for their projects, Smartsheet is the perfect choice due to its set of project-ready functionality. Regardless of the software you use, Smartsheet offers the features that meet your business requirements.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet allows users to keep track of most of our assignments on the go and track the development of our assignments and projects. It also keeps track of how much time is spent on each project or job.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about Smartsheet is that it lists more than 300 "connectors and integrations", which can be sorted by type (template, applications, etc.), category (plug-in, integrator / connection, etc.) Easy to import and export data

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some drawbacks to the smart sheet, such as the inability to create multiple sections on one sheet.

This fantastic tool is flexible and easy to use. Our team needed a tool to colloborate. This tool came in handy. Without any dependence on IT helpdesk, we started using the tool. We created different forms using this tool to store and track data. With the experience of our team, this tool was used in our organization by all teams now.

The Smartsheet team has the drive and hunger to deliver customer delight. When we wanted a feature, the team readily listened to our needs, understood our requirements and delivered the feature within couple of weeks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This company is going to be big soon. It must keep the same drive and hunger as it grows big.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is flexible and available on the cloud. It does not require huge investment. Just try the tool in your team and check its features. The learning curve is not steep and within a week one can master the tool.
