What differentiates Sisense from other similar products?

We have used Sisense from the beginning as a primary tool for self-service BI. Sisense makes each user explore the entire project on their own, making them keep the entire core data team up to date. KPI alerts and HOC visualization are also included with Sisense as they can be run as an add-on in the web application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sisense has one of the best customer services in the market, every bug we had was resolved in less than 12 hours. Its backend architecture is very solid under a very high performance platform. It has a very small learning curve and the user interface is quite intuitive so any non-technical user can use Sisense without any inconvenience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the management logic of Sisense becomes obsolete, we need new updates to remove the limitations with languages and something to increase the compilation of failures to know where we are stuck. It is necessary to increase the portability of cubes since the minimum is 3 at the time and that limits everything, even if you have a high quality server and speed this is still limited to 3.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sisense is recommended as the best solution to the BI architecture on the Big Data platform we have for data collection. We do not require any supervision to understand all the database we have. Sisense is perfect for companies that also do not have Big Data as no additional staff is required to handle this.

Sisense's robust data analytics and visualisation capabilities are my favourite feature. I can quickly and simply analyse data with Sisense to find fresh insights and present them in a visually appealing, interactive way. Aside from that, I value Sisense's simplicity, scalability, and adaptability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things I dislike most about Sisense is its lack of flexibility. It can be difficult to customize the look and feel of an analytics dashboard, as the designs are limited. It also has limited capabilities when it comes to advanced data analysis, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI. Additionally, its pricing can be on the higher side for some organizations.

My favourite aspect of Sisense is the intuitive drag and drop interface it provides. With Sisense, I can quickly and easily create beautiful, interactive dashboards and visualizations without having to learn complicated coding techniques. It also provides powerful analytics capabilities that enable me to quickly identify trends and insights in my data. Overall, Sisense provides a great user experience that makes it easy for me to get the insights I need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most disliked feature of Sisense is its steep learning curve. It can take some time to understand the various aspects of the software and how to effectively use it for data analytics. Additionally, the cost of the software can be prohibitive for some organizations.
