What differentiates Sisense from other similar products?

Integration to different business models - in our case we were able to integrate Zendesk ticketd data to Sisense.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dashboards!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complex dashboards would need help from designers and those who are well versed on data modelling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it - but for complex requirements would require effort from backend side.

The tool is very flexible and feature-rich, has connectors for pretty much any digital data source one could imagine, so very easy to integrate to any of your existing data source tools.
