I like that Simpplr makes digitization easy Anyone can use it thanks to it's amazing UI It is scalable

For effective workplace digitization, I recommend Simpplr. It's affordable and reliable

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

Before, users exclusively utilized our intranet to obtain certain information and used it as a place to store company files. The intranet and knowledge management platform Simpplr is now one of the technologies we employ. Simpplr has all the information our employees need, so no longer are adverts lost in channels or difficult to spot in direct messages.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product itself is fantastic and satisfies all of our requirements, and the assistance we have gotten from installation to steady-state has been outstanding. My primary landing page is neat, logical, and simple to use. Everything I need to manage my firm, including branding guidelines and corporate holidays, is right there, and the search capability is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not everything is changeable because it's a third party system. For instance, we were unable to rename a tab labeled "Apps" to "Links," which would have been more recognizable to our staff. A few modest additions would improve the usefulness of the platform (such as being able to easily move a piece of content from one site to another without having to create a new page). Overall though, I haven't yet run into any significant issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although some of the back and forth might take a while to accomplish, it was always a joy working with the Simpplr crew. We had to act swiftly as a result in order to have everything working in less than a month. Three to four months should be allowed to employees to become used to the new system. According to what Simpplr promises, this is a required expense for the anticipated outcomes.

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

The visual simplicity of Simpplr's platform is like reading my favorite magazine. I can relax and breathe when I log on. The product features are terrific for our organization. And as a someone who comes from marketing and advertising, I love the ability to customize the brand elements - then lock those down so only limited (yet consistent) changes can be made. Result: visually appealing, well organized intranet that stays that way!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer Support. From the moment I engaged with my sales partner through implementation and now on to ongoing support, everyone at Simpplr has one goal: Make me successful in communicating to our org.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not one thing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create an implementation team, to get early buy-in. Then distribute the content creation and ownership, so no one person is solely responsible.
