Cutomer service is very good and quick in resolving the issue Seamless and very easy to use with user friendly interface

One thing is that there could be lot more automated governance around managing site managers/owners. other then product seems market fit in all the other aspect

Recognition feature where we can specifically use our values to call out positive behaviour

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love a function to give money for recogntion or align to another product to do this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to manage on with new starters, if you're looking for a simple intranet with lots of functional branding, this is for you.

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

It has a diverse and remote workforce, keeping staff informed, easy to create a self-service knowledge base, one place for all staff information needs. Simpplr is great because it allows everyone to find the information they need, helps all employees collaborate on projects, and is easy to implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simpplr can be customized for each user's experience. Anyone can log in and understand how to use it right away, but it also has more advanced capabilities for more advanced users. The engagement features are also excellent and it is a very easy to use and intuitive platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backend is complicated and there are a lot of features to keep up with; fortunately, the service team is very hands-on and always available to help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having a single source of truth that can be easily shared across teams is a real game changer for me. It was incredibly easy to create content and incorporate other teams to upload theirs as well. Prior to launching with Simpplr, I had business-critical information in many different places, and this tool helped bring it all together in one solution without much hassle.
