The customer service is outstanding—it's really easy to reach out for support. The platform's features are unparalleled, and I especially love the push/pull options like the newsletter. The recent addition of AI tools is a great touch. The analytics dashboard is also incredibly detailed and valuable.

Content governance could use some improvements. It would be beneficial to have the ability to set custom intervals instead of the fixed 6-month option. Also, adding more automated processes for managing site managers and owners would be valuable.
