What differentiates Silverware POS from other similar products?
The equipment to use with the application is inexpensive. offers software that is versatile and also nearly free for a startup that has no money to spend on start-up costs or an existing business that has been scammed by an expensive POS company. You can literally use your iPhone with the swipe of a card. Or for bricks and mortars, use your sleek new square log.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In terms of interface, the basic panel of is free to the public and can be set up as fast as signing up for an email account. You can learn your navigation in minutes, and you can subscribe to the extras you need, like loyalty, gift cards, or marketing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My big drawback with square integration is that it doesn't sync well with this one. By that I mean my online sales are imported as a custom order, so there is no detailed list of what customers bought. Also, with this one, there is no way you can accept Apple Pay or other digital wallet payments.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
gives you all the detailed information you never thought you needed until you need it all in one place. I love that it can be used for both in-store and online payments. It syncs, which saves me a lot of time. It offers detailed daily reports including the best seller of the day, the number of sales, the number of products sold and the type of product sold, the taxes paid, the types of payment used by customers, and syncs with my store inventory online
