I believe the program accomplishes its intended function of file sharing and offers more capabilities than standard file-sharing services. Citrix Shared files offer the ability to download and install the program on a computer in addition to having an online version.

If you need to locate a file-sharing solution and a safe alternative to sending files as email attachments, share file is a terrific application. Users will be notified when fresh material is ready for download and evaluation, thanks to the alerting and notification capabilities, which are particularly good. Although it's wonderful for file sharing, there could be better solutions if you want to use Sharefile to do a comprehensive audit because the documentation might get rather large.
