Ease of use and ablitity to customize for our needs without much assistance from support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to make custom forms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not always the most intuitive interface to get to where I'm going.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A more intuitve GUI and flexibility to change features without having to enable tons of features first.
