What differentiates ServiceNow IT Service Management from other similar products?

The biggest difference about it being cloud-based is that there are no ties to a local resource, and it can easily scale across multiple networks. Unlike other platforms, ServiceNow was natively designed in the cloud and it shows.

The chat module.

It has a lot features and make a little longer to adapt.

Service Now is a great tool to manage services which includes many things - Incidents, Changes, Problem and knowledge management. It has customizing reports options and many customizing queries based on your requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Based on your requirements you can make query and make is favorites and also dashboard which are pre-designed are giving very good glimpse.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislike for this superb product.

I recommend to have this tool as this has very good integration between Incidents, changes and problem along with knowledge management.

Service Now (SNOW) is very good tool to manage services, Incidents, Changes, Problems, Knowledge Management. I am using it for Incident, changes and Problem mainly. It has very good integration with each other and support is also very nice.

SNOW has very good integration features between, Incidents, Changes and Problem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not find it anything dislike.
